You let your Vacation Rental Company know directly if you wish to participate in the program. They will advise your property with this added amenity, setting your property aside. When guests arrive at the property, they can scan a QR code on the cart and rent the cart for whatever time frame they would like! They use an app on their phone to unlock and lock the cart so it can be driven and when they are done, they "end" the rental and get charged usage. The cart can't be driven unless it's been rented!

 Everyone has heard the nightmare in the dangers of lithium.  I assure you that is all in the past. Our oldest Cart is a 2025 with brand new 100% fail safe fire retardant. Above each cell and the lithium battery is a gel pack that if the battery reaches a certain temperature, the gel pack melts. The gel is mixed with each individual cell Extinguishing any chance of a fire before it starts. You can literally drive one of my carts into the ocean powered down and it will do nothing but destroy the cart. All of our carts are LSV so there's no confusion of where they can be taken and at what time of day. Each individual cart has its own individual insurance and is no more liability than somebody coming to your property with the rental car.  

Yes, we offer various discounts and promotions throughout the year for the owners of the homes where the carts are located. 

Actually, our Carts do not they are a very upgraded and have fail safe lithium battery that charges very quickly.  The average Cart uses about six dollars a month in electricity.

In no way will your guests not have access to the cart as there is a cart designated for each home. It will be their whether they choose to rent it or not. The cart is always out of their way so it goes unnoticed if they choose to not rent it. 

LSVs are equipped with GPS and require an electronic key obtained through the reservation system, preventing unauthorized use. When the renter "ends" the cart rental, the cart is locked, and no one can drive it.
