When you arrive at your vacation home the cart will be waiting on you. First make sure you have the Journee rentals app Downloaded on your iPhone or android. Then on the app put the information in that it asks you for. It will also send you a sms code to confirm your phone number.

Next you will go to the cart, once you get to the cart press the scan to rent button and point your camera towards the QR code on the cart. It will then pop up with some details such as cart price and rules about the rental. Then check that move onto the next page. 

On the next page, you can then put in the dates for the end of the rental. Then you can head to the next page and put in your Payment form, a picture of your Insurance card, and picture of your drivers license. Then you can scroll down and hit pay unplug the cart and drive it. 

The Journee app has features that allow you to lock the cart by pressing the pause button on the app. Once you press that the cart cannot be moved by anyone even with the key. To unpause the rental you can press the START BUTTON.

When you go to leave after your amazing vacation, you will need to end the rental on the Journee APP. Go into the app and press end. It may ask you a couple questions and you will need to plug the cart in and take pictures before you leave. Please park the cart back where you originally rented it and plug it in before you end the rental. Once you have taken the pictures and reported any damage that you have caused during the rental you are good to go.
